Kawasaki Corleo Robot
The Kawasaki CORLEO Robot, a four-legged, hydrogen-powered robotic vehicle intended for human passengers, was unveiled by Kawasaki Heavy Industries. This creative idea combines motorcycle dynamics with cutting-edge robotics to traverse a variety of terrains. The adaptive hooves on each of Kawasaki CORLEO Robot legs are constructed of slip-resistant rubber and are split from left to right to adapt to a variety of terrain, including rock, gravel, and grass. This design guarantees control and stability on rocky terrain.
Low emissions and silent operation are provided by the vehicle’s 150cc hydrogen engine, which produces electricity for the drive units positioned on the legs. Similar to riding a horse, riders maneuver their body weight to control Kawasaki CORLEO Robot, and sensors on the handlebars and stirrups pick up these movements. Even novices may safely navigate difficult terrains thanks to our user-friendly control mechanism.
